		<description>Compared to applying for an British or American passport, Canadian passports are a complete pain in the ass. Even worse if you try and do it overseas. Most of my non-Canadian friends think it's hilarious we have to get someone "special" to verify our photo's.  Time for the Canadian bureaucracy to modernize me thinks.</description>
