Difference between European and Middle Eastern Couples
This is immediately after marriage. European couple - one man and one woman.
Middle-Eastern couple (or group!) - one man and gazillion women.

And, this is a few years after marriage.
Middle-Eastern married couple, few years after marriage, no longer one man with gazillion wives. European couple is one man and one woman, though the woman or man may not be same as the one at marriage time.
